Well, been jammed at work lately, so I needed a "me" day....grabbed my regular team member and
first mate Gary, and friend Marty (www.canadawaycreekoutfitters.com), and off we went.  Late start
as Gary had to work until 8.

Ended up doing fair on the walleyes...couldn't seem to keep them "glued", plus a couple of bonus
jack perch which my 8 year old son was glad to hear!

Fished west of Van Buren, 45-65 fow.  Chattersticks were good, 110 on 3.5 on the big slide divers, and
a couple of shots on harness of 20 jets, 170 back off the Power Pro on the board lines.  Also lost one on a pop
off on the 40 foot rigger.

Left the dock at 8:15; back at 12:30.  Beautiful morning...now I've got the juices flowing!!!   Back on the late Saturday and
Sunday, weather permitting!
