June 27, 28 and 29

For those following this via blog, I apologize for the late post....I got my report on www.lakeontariounited.com
and
just didn't get a chance to post here...so let's revisit.....

Saturday, headed out with my friends Capt. Bud (Alibi) and Gerb and my brother Lukas (in town from Kentucky).
Goal was to get a few fish for a family fish fry....    Got 2 'eyes setting up, ended up with 6, and a couple of perch.
40 jets/Chattersticks was the way to go.  60-65 fow.  A great morning!!

Sunday, had a trip....tough bite overall.  Strong S wind, but the lake conditions ended up to be almost perfect.
Had to dodge a few light showers, but at least no t' storms!  Boxed 5 nice walleye and another 5 big perch.

                                                                A couple of nice eaters!

Got 3 off a charterstick/ 5 color combo (blue); 1 off a 50 rigger on a Dreamweaver WD "Alibi" spoon; and one off
a 115 diver with a chatterstick.  Lost another 5-6 fish that felt pretty good.   Two things about today....BEAUTIFUL
rainbow over the lake at 6 am...wish I thought to take a picture.... and there seemed to be a pretty rippin
current......  60-65 fow.....

Monday, windy and rolling pretty good, AND my son needed a bit of Daddy time....so we took my small boat
over to Cassadaga Lake for some "panfishing" fun!   Got a bunch of bluegills, a few grass perch and a couple
of small bass.  My son also had what appeared to be a pike grab one of the sunfish for a minute or so, so
that was exciting!

Back out on "Erie" Friday, weather permitting........

John
