Well, Mother Nature sure put a hurting on the first part of the 4th of July weekend.  By 7 am on Friday (7/3)
almost all of the captain's here in Dunkirk had cancelled or moved their clients to other days.   I've yet
to figure how 10-15 mph on an "offshore" forecast converts to 15-25mph and a small craft advisory on
a near shore forecast!!

Today....much more of the same......SO, you do what everyone else does on the fourth....eat too much and
have a few cold beverages....

Being on the lakefront kind of automatically dictates a party on the fourth, as we are in prime viewing for
the fireworks provided by the City of Dunkirk.   We had a slightly smaller group than normal this year, as
it seemed everyone had mutliple places to be.....    BUT we did have a "guest" appearance by our friend
and upcoming country musician, Sean Patrick McGraw and his wife Renee....always good to see them....
and a viewing reminder....Sean is on Jimmy Kimmel Live on July 14th!!

What do we have coming this week??     Charters on Monday (I'll post) and Friday, and then the 2 day New York
Walleye Associations "Ameracan" Tournament next Saturday and Sunday!!
