Before I started the charter business, I used to have shirts made up for the regular
guys I fished with that read "Times Two Great Lakes Fishing Team".   The original
designed featured the outline of the Great Lakes, with a steelhead jumping across it.
Over time, that evolved into a walleye, and the logo expanded to include the charter
name, the www and a phone number.    We tweaked the letter style, and changed
colors.   And while the initial concept remained, I kept thinking about trying something
new.   My son said it was time, Dad.

While I really like the original design, I thought, hey, pro-teams add a "third jersey"
so why can't I??

As luck would have it, I got hooked up with Jeremy Scott at Creative Imprint Systems
in Erie, and we began kicking my idea around.   I was thinking about a spin on a
cartoonish looking fish, and a twist on the NHL's San Jose Shark logo, except instead
of a shark and a hockey stick, we could use my new fish and a pole.   After several
revisions, we are ready for the reveal!!
